Please outline the details of your complaint and how you would like us to put things right. We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days and aim to provide a final response within eight weeks.
Step 2: The Motor Ombudsman Alternative Dispute Resolution
If, after eight weeks, you have not received a final response, or if you are unhappy with the final response we have provided, you have the right to take your complaint to The Motor Ombudsman.
As an accredited business, we will cooperate with The Motor Ombudsman, which offers a free, impartial service to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom.

1. What the offer includes
• The offer covers free replacement brake pads (front and/or rear) for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
• Brake pads will be supplied free of charge when replacement is required due to normal wear and tear.
• The offer applies only to brake pads – brake discs, sensors, fitting/labour, and any associated components are not included and will be chargeable.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Free Brake Pads for Life offer:
• The initial brake pad replacement must be carried out by Max Automotive Group Ltd.
• The vehicle must be owned by the same customer for the duration of the offer.
• The vehicle must be road legal, unmodified in a way that affects braking performance, and used under normal driving conditions.
3. Servicing & maintenance requirements
• The vehicle must be serviced in line with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.
• Servicing does not have to be carried out by Max Automotive Group Ltd, but documented service history must be available upon request.
• Max Automotive Group Ltd reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before fitting free brake pads.
4. Exclusions
The Free Brake Pads for Life offer does not cover:
• Brake discs
• Labour / fitting charges
• Brake wear sensors
• Brake fluid
• Callipers or hydraulic components
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or poor-quality previous repairs
• Commercial, taxi, private hire, courier, driving school, or track-use vehicles
5. Wear & replacement conditions
• Brake pads will only be replaced when they have reached manufacturer-recommended wear limits.
• Pads will not be replaced prematurely.
• Replacement brake pads will be quality aftermarket or equivalent parts, suitable for the vehicle.
6. Transferability
• The offer is non-transferable.
• It applies only to the original vehicle and original owner.
• The offer ends immediately upon sale or transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
7. Abuse & misuse
• Max Automotive Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse free brake pad replacement where there is evidence of abuse, repeated premature wear, or misuse.
• Any decision made by Max Automotive Group Ltd in this regard will be final.
8. Changes & withdrawal
• Max Automotive Group Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
• Any changes will not affect customers who have already qualified, provided they continue to meet these Terms & Conditions.
9. Legal
• This offer is provided in addition to statutory consumer rights and does not affect your legal rights.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
Replacement & Associated Work Requirement
• All free brake pad replacements under the Free Brake Pads for Life offer must be carried out exclusively by Max Automotive Group Ltd.
• The vehicle must be presented to Max Automotive Group Ltd for inspection and replacement when brake pads are due.
• Any additional brake-related work identified as necessary at the time of replacement (including but not limited to brake discs, sensors, callipers, brake fluid, or related components) must be carried out by Max Automotive Group Ltd.
• If the customer declines or has any required brake work completed elsewhere, the Free Brake Pads for Life offer will become void for that vehicle.
